MY BROTHER'S KEEPER

This outreach will begin meeting on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. from June till October, quilting sleeping bags for the homeless.  If you can thread a needle, they will put you to work!!

CONTEMPLATIVE PRAYER SYMPOSIUM

Saturday, July 20

8:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

St. Stephen's hosts a morning retreat called The Contemplative Heart: A New Awareness, offered by the Contemplative Outreach of Maryland and Washington.  It will be a time of fellowship, silent prayer, and instructive talks.  All are welcome.

ASP SPAGHETTI DINNER

August 3

6:00 p.m.

The Appalachia Service Project Team are preparing a dinner to treat their supporters and will share their work week adventures!

TAKING CARE OF THE LITTLEST ONES

Our nursery is available for infants and toddlers at the 10:00 a.m. Sunday Service only.  It is located in the church undercroft (Turn right at the bottom of the stairs).

During the summer months, a Veggie Tale video will be shown at 10 am on Sundays (with the exception of July 7 and August 4) in the Nursery.  Older kids can stay there during the whole 10 am service or a family member can come pick them up during the Offertory.

CHURCH SCHOOL

The program year for Church School classes runs from September to the first Sunday of June, for students from Pre-K through High School.  Classes begin at 10:00 a.m. Have a great summer!

Pastoral  care is of utmost importance in the life of a church community.  Please do not hesitate to call the church office if you know of a parishioner who is ill, shut-in, or has been hospitalized.  Office phone: 410-721-2881.

If you are an adult and wish to be confirmed or be received into the Episcopal Church, please call the church office.
